COSMETOLOGY EDUCATORS:

What will you be doing?
• Educating students in all aspects of cosmetology licensure.
• Preparing and facilitating both theory based curriculum and clinical practices.
• Ensuring safe and sanitary practices are performed at all times.
• Projecting a professional image at all times.
• Maintaining academic records and ensuring continuous evaluations are given to students.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by effectively managing a high energy/high volume advanced clinic service area.
• Participating in special events; such as career fairs, graduations and advanced education events.

Requirements:
These positions will have a varied schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
The following are minimum requirements for the Cosmetology Instructor Position.
• Must hold a cosmetology license. 
• Must be able to exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2 plus years experience in a salon/spa setting.
• Have a passion for excellent guest care.
• Ability to work a full time Tuesday – Saturday schedule.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• Greeting guests and reserving personal hair and spa services in a professional   and courteous manner.
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of products and promotions.
• Educating and selling Aveda products to our guests.
• Opening and closing cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating   charge slips and balancing cash drawers.
• Maintaining required stock levels in an immaculate retail environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
This position may have a varied schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
The following are minimum requirements for the Retail & Guest Care Associate position due to the level of responsibility and our high standards:

• Retail experience.
• Have a passion for excellent guest care.
• Strong sales and customer service skills a must.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Computer proficiency.
• Salon and Spa experience is a plus
