Aveda Fredric's Institute is primarily an Institute of learning and does not guarantee career placement. However, we provide tools, events, training and personalized attention to assist graduates in their career search. Three career fairs are held each year with only Aveda Fredric's Institute students and prospective employers, a career board lists hiring needs at a variety of salon spas, classroom time is dedicated to interviewing skills and each student is offered an individual session to aid in their career placement plan. These efforts allows the Aveda Fredric's Institute to consistently maintain a placement rate above the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences required percentage.
Applicants for transfer into cosmetology, esthiology and nail esthetics are considered on an individual basis.
