COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTORS: Must hold an active Ohio cosmetology instructor license. Description: To educate students in all aspects of cosmetology licensure. To develop future leaders in the salons spa industry. As a part of the education team at Aveda Fredric's Institute you will: • Prepare and facilitate both theory based curriculum and clinical practices • Ensure safe and sanitary practices are performed at all times • Project a professional image at all times • Maintain academic records and ensure continuous evaluations are given to students • Ensure guest satisfaction by effectively managing a high energy / high volume advanced clinic service area • Participate in special events; such as career fairs, graduations and advanced education events • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Have a passion for excellent guest care • Ability to work a full time Tuesday – Saturday schedule GUEST CARE / RETAIL TEAM Aveda Fredric’s Institute has an opportunity to join the team that coordinates our fast paced retail and service areas. Our ideal associates are progressive in their actions and thoughts to best serve our guests and students. Associates will be rewarded for their ability and results in the areas of: • Creating a positive experience during all interaction with guests and students • Maximizing the appointment service schedule. • Educating and offering Aveda retail product to guest.
